Custom skins are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not accept returns for customized items unless there’s a manufacturing error.
What should I do if my custom skin is damaged during shipping?
If your custom skin arrives damaged, take photos of the item and packaging, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Can I exchange my custom skin for a different design?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of our products. However, if you're unhappy with your skin's design, please reach out to us. We’ll work together to find a solution.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will issue a refund to your original payment method if the item meets our return criteria.
Do you offer a warranty on your custom skins?
We stand by our products, and while we do not offer a formal warranty, we will address any manufacturing defects. Contact our support team if you have concerns about your skin.
Return Process for Custom Skins
To initiate a return, please reach out to our support team within 14 days of your purchase. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning. Only items that are unused and in their original condition are eligible for return.
1. The "Custom-Made" Rule
Since your decal is manufactured on-demand based on your specific music equipment model and personal design, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind" or "buyer’s remorse." Once an order enters production, the materials and ink are dedicated solely to your project.
2. Manufacturing Defects & Errors
We take pride in precision. If your skin arrives with a clear error on our part, we will make it right. You are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund if:
• The skin arrived damaged (creased, torn, or adhesive failure).
• The dimensions do not match the equipment model you ordered.
• The print quality has significant defects (streaking, incorrect colors, or blurry resolution).
Note: Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the defect and the packaging.
3. Fitment and Installation
We cannot be held responsible for:
• Installation Errors: This includes bubbles, misalignment, or stretching the vinyl during application. We recommend following our application guide closely.
• Incorrect Model Selection: Please double-check your equipment's version (e.g., Mk1 vs. Mk2). If the wrong model was selected during checkout, we cannot offer a refund, but we may offer a discount on a replacement order.
4. Resolution Process
1. Contact Us: Email our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Review: We will review the claim within 48 hours.
3. Remedy: If approved, we will ship a replacement skin via expedited shipping at no cost to you. If a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
